This section answers only about My Visit (the visit recording). It's how Beeexy helps you remember and carry your care with you.
01What is My Visit?
My Visit is how Beeexy helps you remember your appointment. With your consent, it records what you and your doctor discuss and turns it into a clear summary: the topics you talked about and your next steps (medications, tests, follow-up). So you don't have to rely on your memory when you leave the office.
02Who controls the recording?
You do. Nothing is recorded unless you start it. You decide when to begin, pause, or stop, and the recording lives on your phone. You own your information.
03Does Beeexy record without my permission?
No, never. The recording is always started and controlled by you, during your visit. Beeexy is designed for transparent use: you decide, at every visit, whether you want to record.
04What do I get afterward?
You get a clear, organized summary of your visit: what was discussed, the key topics, and your list of next steps. In plain language, so you know what to do and nothing important slips away.
05Who can see my information?
By default, only you. Your summary is private. No one else sees it unless you choose to share it. And you can share a specific visit, not your whole history.
06Can I share it with my family or my doctor?
Yes. You choose who to share it with: a family member who cares for you, your partner, or even your doctor at a future visit. You share what you want, with whom you want, whenever you want.
07Can I delete it?
Yes, whenever you want. It's your information. You can delete a visit summary at any time.
08Is my information secure?
Yes. Your health information is private and we treat it that way. Your data is encrypted and protected, with modern security practices. Beeexy does not sell or share your information without your knowledge.
09Does Beeexy diagnose me or tell me what I have?
No. Beeexy does not diagnose or prescribe. My Visit only organizes and summarizes what your doctor told you, so you remember it. Your diagnosis and treatment always come from your doctor.
10Does it work for any appointment?
Yes. My Visit works for any type of appointment where you need to remember what was discussed: with your primary care doctor, a specialist, in person or online. It's your memory aid, for every visit.

02Does it tell me what illness I have?
No. The Symptom Checker does not diagnose or name a disease. It helps you describe and organize your symptoms and points you toward the right type of specialist. Your diagnosis always comes from a doctor.
03Does it replace seeing a doctor?
No, never. It prepares you for the visit, it doesn't substitute it. It helps you reach the right doctor sooner and make the most of your time together.
04How does it work?
You answer a few simple questions in plain language. Beeexy organizes your answers into a clear summary you can bring to your appointment, so nothing important is forgotten.
05Can I trust what it says?
It's a guide, not a verdict. It's built to orient you and help you prepare, not to give medical conclusions. Always follow your doctor's judgment.
06What if I have an emergency?
If you think you may be having a medical emergency, do not use the app. Contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room right away.
07Is my information private?
Yes. What you share is private and encrypted. You decide if and with whom you share it. Beeexy does not sell your information.
08Does it cost anything?
No. For patients, Beeexy is always free.

It helps you find the right doctor for what you need and book in a few taps. You can search, get to know each professional, and schedule, with reminders so you don't miss your visit.
02How are doctors ranked?
By how well they match what you need, never by who pays more. We show you the most relevant professional for your case, not a paid placement.
03Is it free for me?
Yes. Finding and booking a doctor on Beeexy is always free for patients.
04Can I keep my own doctor?
Yes. You can keep a primary doctor, return to the same professional, and even recommend them to family and friends.
05How do I book?
In a few taps. You pick the doctor, choose a time, and get automatic reminders so fewer visits are missed.
06Can I see the doctor online?
Where the doctor offers it, yes. You can book in person or by telehealth, depending on what each professional provides.
07Is my information safe when I book?
Yes. Your data is private and encrypted, and you control what you share with the doctor.
My Circle, explained.
How you share your care with the people you trust, on your terms.
01What is My Circle?
It's the people you choose to share your health information with: a family member who cares for you, your partner, a caregiver. You decide who is in your circle.
02Who can see my information?
Only the people you add, and only what you choose to share. By default, your information is private, just yours.
03Do they see everything?
No. You share what you want, not your whole history. You can share a specific visit or summary, never more than you choose.
04Can I remove someone?
Yes, anytime. You can add or remove anyone from your circle whenever you want. It's your information and your decision.
05Why is this useful?
Because care is often shared. A son who helps his elderly mother, a partner who comes to the appointment: My Circle lets the people who support you stay informed, with your permission.
06Is it secure?
Yes. Everything is encrypted and private. Nobody sees your information unless you decide to share it with them.
